On June 11 and
12, the New England Chapter of the North American Lake
Management Society and the Massachusetts Congress of Lakes and Ponds Associations will
offer an informative and inspiring New England Lakes Conference. This
year's theme, Lake Management in Lean Times: Focusing on Practical
Solutions and Achievable Results, will offer something for lake
residents, lake managers, agency personnel, watershed association
members, and anyone who cares about a local water resource.
Madnick will provide tips to have a healthier home and
lifestyle, to help humans to live as much as 20 years longer and dogs,
as much as 5 years longer. He will also go over simple solutions to
moss, clover and weeds plus how to revive your lawn after the last 18
months of extreme weather have either killed or damaged many lawns or
reduced them to weeds. In addition, Madnick will share organic
techniques that have been used in the past by the Red Sox in Fenway
Park.
